Evaluation Factors

Social Equity

सामाजिक न्याय

  • Women’s Economic Participation: Jobs, safety, childcare, and transport enable women to work. Example: Free/safer buses + creches → more women in the workforce.
  • SC/ST Inclusion (education, jobs, schemes): Representation + access narrow historical gaps. Example: Hostel + coaching support lifts SC/ST graduation rates.
  • Minority Welfare (scholarships/health/housing): Delivery to all eligible groups, not token targets. Example: Scholarship renewal rates above 90% show real continuity.
  • Disability Inclusion (accessibility/services): Ramps, sign language, job quotas, assistive tech. Example: Accessible buses + govt offices let PwDs access services independently.
  • Regional Balance (backward blocks/districts): Funds + projects must reach lagging areas. Example: Road + PHC push in remote blocks lifts basic indicators.
  • Representation in Governance (local bodies): Seats and leadership for women/SC/ST/minorities improve local outcomes. Example: Women sarpanches drive toilet coverage faster.
  • Safety & Dignity (women/children/elderly): Helplines, shelters, hostels, and social care. Example: Working women’s hostels near industrial zones increase participation.
